Free Shipping to the Lower 48 USA

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states of the United States. Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available carrier. Please note that deliveries are curbside only, carriers will not bring items inside your home, garage, kitchen, or other areas. Please arrange assistance if needed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the same business day.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  
• Shipping Time: 2–7 business days
  
• Total Delivery Time: 3–10 business days after placing your order
  

Tracking number(s) will be emailed to the address provided within 2–4 business days after order placement. Shipping transit time typically begins after processing is completed.

LTL Shipments (Large & Heavy Items)

Large or heavy items, such as furniture, electronics, or products exceeding 155 lbs, will ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment upon delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible damage:

• Take clear photos of the damaged box immediately
  
• Refuse the package and note the damage with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill
  
• Email support@primelivingoutdoors.com with photos and a description of the issue
  

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

All returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including original packaging, manufacturer containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Refunds will be issued only after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes the return. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Zones

Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories. International shipping, including Canada, is not available. Returns for shipments outside our shipping range will not be honored.
