Backorders Policy
We strive for transparency and fairness regarding backordered items:
- Order Hold Option: If an item is out of stock, you may choose to hold your order until it becomes available, securing the current price.
- Payment Capture for Held Orders: Payment will be captured when you choose to hold a backordered item, as required by our payment processor.
- Cancellation of Held Orders:
If you choose not to hold the order, you may cancel without penalty. - 5% Cancellation Fee (Held Orders):
Canceling a held backorder before shipment will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs. - 30% Restocking Fee (Shipped Orders):
If the backordered item has shipped, the standard 30% restocking fee will apply upon cancellation.
